District Announcements
School Tax Payments Are Due by November 30 - Payments can be mailed or hand delivered to the District central office (411 Theodore Fremd Avenue, Suite 100S) between 8:30 and 4:30 on school days.  The offices are closed on November 26-27 for the Thanksgiving holiday. For more school tax information, follow the link.

Rye High School is an accredited public high school, with approximately 840 students and a teaching staff of 79.  Over 95% of our graduates enter universities and colleges.  To meet the needs of all our students, we offer classes at the Honors and Regents levels.  We also offer 22 College Board Advanced Placement courses.  Last year, forty percent of our students participated in the AP program and took an average of 2.1 AP courses.  Rye High School has been constantly recognized for its academic strengths by placing in the top 100 high schools in the national rankings conducted by US News and World Report and Newsweek Magazine.  Please visit the Assistant Principal for Guidance’s web page for more information on course offerings and detailed information on our academic program.
